From Order to Delivery
1. Inquiry
Please contact us with your product specifications, quantity, delivery schedule, and any other requirements via our inquiry form or email.
We are happy to assist with quotations and technical consultations.
2. Quotation & Confirmation
Based on your requirements, we will provide a quotation including price, lead time, payment terms, and shipping method.
Trial production and sample provision are available to confirm quality and specifications before mass production.
3. Order Confirmation
After agreement on the quotation and conditions, the order will be formally confirmed.
Payment will be processed according to the agreed terms (T/T or L/C).
Payment terms and timing can be discussed upon request.
4. Raw Material Procurement & Manufacturing
Raw materials are sourced in-house, and manufacturing is carried out at our own factory.
All production and quality control processes are managed internally.
5. Inspection & Packing
Finished products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet specifications.
Export-ready packing is applied, including container loading when required.
6. Shipment & International Logistics
Products are shipped mainly by container transportation for overseas delivery.
We support smooth international logistics, including export documentation.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the designated destination.
We also provide flexible support after delivery for any additional inquiries or follow-up requirements.
